"Monitoring" is an omnibus-type survey ensuring the most reliable data. "Monitoring" is conducted every two months on a sample of urban and rural population of Russia. 2100 respondents aged 16+ are interviewed on a representative nationwide sample and 300 persons are interviewed on an additional Moscow sample (overall, 430 interviews are conducted in Moscow).
“Monitoring of Economic and Social Changes” analyzes trends in social sentiment; evaluations offered by Russia’s population of their current situation and prospects of changes; evaluations of the current economic and political situation in Russia and the regions and prospects of changes; the level of trust in government institutions, political parties and politicians; protest potential in different social groups and many other subjects.
The traditional subjects of the "Monitoring" are:

· Consumer and saving behaviour of the population, index of consumer sentiments;

· Dynamics of the formation of the middle class in Russia;

· Behaviour on the labour market, unemployment, supplementary employment, labour motivations, etc.
